Benefits that take away the worry

We have in place the best possible benefit plan for our employees, a plan more typically found in a company many times the size of Kionix.

Kionix offers deductible self-funded health, dental, and vision insurance plans of which 100% of the employee premiums are paid for by the Company. 

The Company's 401(k) Plan allows employees to contribute from 1% to 25% of salary to the Plan. Kionix matches 100% of employee contributions up to 6% of salary, which is immediately vested. The Kionix 401(k) Plan has been nationally recognized for its one-on-one consultation opportunity, provided by the Plan's local investment managers, and for its participation rate of 97%.
