WAYS TO HEAR AND BE HEARD

Kionix has developed a number of vehicles that offer employees opportunities to contribute and be heard.
The Company promotes an open-door policy at every level whereby employees can talk freely and openly with management staff to exchange ideas, offer opinions, voice concerns, or discuss matters influencing their careers.
Quarterly all-staff gatherings bring everyone together to share successes, challenges, and, yes, disappointments. Each meeting features an informal presentation by Greg Galvin, President and CEO, or Tim Davis, EVP and CTO, to update everyone on production, operations, product roadmap, customer visits, and sales. Likewise, department managers share their team reports, and all employees have a chance to raise questions, add comments, or make announcements.
Weekly departmental and inter-departmental meetings are vital to the Company's overall well being. These exchanges are a means to preserve open lines of communication within and among teams — sensor design, ASIC design, process engineering, test, and operations — because an initiative in any department will significantly impact the entire organization. Here, too, team members have a chance to brainstorm, conceptualize, seek guidance, and problem solve.
